Managed and organized Capital Expenditure projects with budgets of up to $2,000,000 across the four Dalehead sites. Projects included:
-Process Improvement: A clear and thorough CAPEX approval process for all Dalehead projects, Increasing the killing capacity of a pig abattoir from 400pigs/hr to 500 pigs/hr, Standardisation of pig legs and shoulders boning, Designing CIP systems for conveyors.
-Civil: Refurbishment of offices and server rooms, Resurfacing of roads.
-Facilities: Ventilation Upgrades, Upgrading Site security, Fire Prevention, Resurfacing of factory walls, General building maintenance for e.g. drainages, lighting, ventilation.
