Data Capturing
Communicate effectively to resolve issues, inquiries, and concerns from provider/ broker and medical aid member.
Assist client in completing Gap Cover claims.
Request claim remittance from the medical aid as well as a full hospital account.
Submit claims to the medical aid on behalf of the client and follow up. Arrange authorization for medical procedures in-hospital and in rooms. Arrange ICD 10 and NappI codes as per procedure.
Arrange International Travel Insurance.
Knowledgeable on billing, including handling inquiries and dealing with multiple types of medical aid.
Scanning, photocopying, faxing and emailing of documents. Prepare medical records and supporting information Experience in communicating with Doctors rooms, and hospitals regarding billing and correcting thereof.
