As a Theater Instructor, I was tasked to prepare a module for acting classes that were held on Wednesday afternoons. As application, I had my students present short plays (5-10 minutes) every Monday on our Weekly Assemblies.

Freelancer.com, an Australia-based freelancing site, had created a department that addresses grievances by both Employers and Freelancers when their needs within a lodged project had not been met. Any of the parties can file for a dispute.
An arbitrator like me enters the picture when investigations need to be administered. The investigation entails a rigorous review of communication between the Employer and Freelancer, outputs submitted by the latter, and instructions given by the former. At the end of the investigation, I shall be awarding the sum within the site’s escrow payment to whom I see to be the genuinely aggrieved party.
