I have been working customer service since I was sixteen years old. Anything from retail stores to the banking industry, I have experience in banking sales, loan servicing, account servicing, online services and sales. It was als my duty to assist customers with returning items, putting the items that were returend away in the right area as well as selling money orders. Sometimes I would be sent to the sales floor to help with the nightly stock where I would do my physical labor with stocking shelves and making sure that the floor looked nice and neat before my shift was over.

I mostly worked the front counter in the lobby where I would greet customers and assist them with their food orders as well as make sure they had all their food before leaving my counter. While working the drive thru taking orders I would make sure that my customers would receive the correct food and the same went for when I would hand them their food out the window. There were a few times I would work the friars and had to make sure that the food was serve safe quality. I would be required to follow those guide lines.
