Director of FP&A, January 2015 – January 2019
Led closing of company’s acquisition as part of the Executive Leadership Team due to lack of CFO at time of sale. Managed and led diligence data room project. Individually led meetings with lawyers, PE firms, and consultants to explain all aspects of the company. Performed internal and external financial analysis on company’s diligence team for multiple M&A acquisition projects before sale.
CEO direct report – originated and implemented multiple strategic initiatives in a project manager role, including Business Process Outsourcing to India using workforce management analysis, deploying a new automated Quote to Cash tool programmed in SQL, and an internal ERP conversion to NetSuite.
Led strategic plan of using business intelligence tools to create annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting, presented results to the board and executive management team on multiple occasions.
Slashed annual costs by over $550k that fell straight to the bottom line. Negotiated deals with multiple vendors to lower COGS, increase company’s margins and reduce cash deposits.
Worked closely with independent financial auditors for 4 fiscal year reviews. Provided financial backup, policies regarding use of GAAP and ASC 606 to complete audited financials with minimal adjusting entries.

Conducted an administrative role in the internal accounting software (ERP) conversion from Softrax to NetSuite. Responsible for new procedures, integration of data between systems and elimination of old software altogether.
