PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

Offering over 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance.

1. Currently working in CORE ENERGY SYSTEMS PVT.LTD under BPCL from February 2017 as Production Incharge.

Effective supervision of LPG bottling operations & production activity.

Ensure pre-filling checks are carried out. Segregate DPT, hot repair, spurious, rejected MC

cylinders.

Monitor performance of bottling equipment s viz. Carousal, VLD/OLD, Check Scale, HAS,

Washing unit, cold repair and evacuation unit, VCM purging unit.

Monitoring of cylinder inventory. Inspection of market returns cylinders/recommendation for

credit.

To coordinate with planning officer for production planning.

To carry out SQC ad do analysis for in-house rejection/deviations and market defect. To

ensure nil defective cylinder supply to market.

Eliminate idle running of equipment and wastage of power and water.

Implement preventive maintenance schedule. Daily/weekly checks of all equipment s in

filling shed and also DG, Air compressor, LPG pump and compressor.

Liaise with engineering officer and carry out planned maintenance and attend day to day

maintenance of all equipment s related to bottling operations in order to achieve uninterrupted

performance of equipment.

Monitoring of minimum spares required for maintenance activity & spare parts management.

2. Worked in UNILIFT CARGO SYSTEMS under SESA STERLITE LIMITED, JHARSUGUDA as

Shift In-charge in Fork Lift Maintenance section. (From Sep-2014 to Jun 2015).

Planning of Preventive Maintenance, Planned Job, Routine Maintenance, Shutdown maintenance of forklift.

Leading team member in managing daily routine maintenance like daily health check-up, weekly health check-up & monthly health check up .

Spare parts management & executing daily tool box talk.

Reporting near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition daily basis to assistant manager.

Supervising running job activities with respect to safety, sop & smp.

Applying RCA (Root Cause Analysis) technique to solve major jobs.

Implementing Quality circle, Kiezen & 5 S in regular maintenance activity

Overhauling of coal mill & coal feeder.

Grinding Wheel, Vane wheel, Bowl liner segments replacement.

Higher Secondary Certificate Exam in 2003 under BSE, ODISHA.
