Currently working in Hetero Labs as a Jr. Engineer from July 2015 to till date.

Capacity enhancement: Calculating product capacity for a given equipment suit, based on time cycle and product process

Utility Calculations : calculating TR of utilities (+5 -5 -20) for new products and existing products

Trouble shooting : Reducing solvent loss practically by analyzing PFD&BFD, Time cycle reduction in distillation &drying operations, Energy conservation.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

Preparing equipment occupancy format every month for all API products to check chances of increasing equipment utilization & product capacity

Equipment mapping: Desining equipment suit & equipment capacity for a plant scale process, from a lab scale process by using product development report

P&ID’s drawing for the new products and validation products based on the process

I have drawn P&ID’s for fluconazole, atorovastatin calcium, levitracitam..

Monitoring new batches and validation batches to meet the given yield speck

B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) in 2015 from RGUKT IIIT Nuzvid and I got 72.3%.

Intermediate (M Bi PC) in 2011 from RGUKT IIIT Nuzvid and I got 73.5%.

SSC in 2009 from S.V.N.Z.P High School Nandivada and I got 90.66%.
