Owner/Consultant

• Provides project management, engineering and well supervisor services to both domestic and international oil and gas companies in the areas of onshore and offshore drilling, completions, well intervention, production, construction and decommissioning operations.

• Provides full operational management for Eagleford and Bakken well projects. Includes well planning, AFE preparation, vendor selection, wellsite supervision and execution of drilling, completion and production operations.

• Also performed due diligence in the areas of drilling and production operations, recompletions and plugging liabilities for various operators on potential acquisitions and divestitures.

• Analyzed plugging and abandonment and decommissioning of all onshore and offshore wells, facilities, pipelines and platforms for the Cook Inlet, Kenai peninsula and North Slope. Maritech 2006-2008

Vice President Operations

• Supervised all the company’s drilling, completion, re-completion and P & A operations in the Gulf of Mexico and inland waters.

• Also was answerable for coordinating decommissioning of offshore platforms in the GOM to include coordination with BOEM.

• Additionally responsible for production of all inland water fields comprising over 40% of company’s total revenues.

El Paso 2004-2006

Manager of Operations

• Operations Manager, Completions and Workover for the Gulf of Mexico provided day to day operational management for all El Paso completion, workover and abandonment operations.

• Also member of corporate safety committee responsible for implementation and oversight of company safety programs. Reduced recordable accidents to half of company’s goals.

• Was also responsible for all drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico which encompassed daily operational management of all drilling rigs. Coordinated drilling functions with geological and logistical staffs to ensure proper drilling practices to assure maximum production potential. Drilled record well in WC 498 and provided 30% in cost savings to company.

President/ Engineer

• Founded consulting company to advise clients on property management, drilling, well recompletions, and analysis of various worldwide reservoir types to determine the effective way to hydrocarbons. Also conducted turnkey drilling and completion operations onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico for over 300 wells.

• Provided engineering and procurement advice for World Bank Russian loans to Russian oil companies.
