●Developed and maintained typical sections from 3D components in NX to support the design and packaging of vehicles.

● Utilized Teamcenter to baseline and hard release component files.

●Designed and produced 3D study component parts. Including, but not limited to, electrical routing, body side inner and body side outer modifications, quarter panel modifications, and bumper development.

●Worked closely with expert part groups (closure, electrical, body, fascia, HVAC, powertrain) to gain knowledge and understand each component within a vehicle.

●Developed 3D objects using Sketcher and synchronous modeling.

●Utilized VisMockup to study and analyze components parts.

●Constructed 3D model studies to support the design direction from upper management.

Project Recognitions

●GM rear compartment team recognition based off of an Excel calculator that I created to improve the way volume was calculated in the rear of the vehicle.

●Engineering group manager recognition for an Excel spreadsheet I put together to determine roof zone location and dimensions. The spreadsheet was shared between the center and rear compartment groups.
