As someone who has both a passion for - as well as professional experience with - mobile technology, I was immediately interested upon learning of your position opening for a Cell Phone Analyst with UMass Memorial Health Care.

From 2010 to 2012, I worked for RadioShack where I assisted customers with both the activation of new devices, setting up, maintaininng, and changing plans, as well as troubleshooting,. I became skilled with plans and devices with most of the major US carriers, and took pride in having customers walk away happy.

While my employment history since RadioShack has not pertained much to the role you are looking to fill, I have kept up with mobile technology, and am often activating a new phone at least once every month or two, whether it's a new phone for myself, or for a family member.

I am currently an employee at UHealthSolutions, which is an affiliate of UMASS Medical School, and located on the Shrewsbury Campus. I highly enjoy the UMASS environment, and while I'm looking to change my career, I would love to stay with UMASS, and strongly believe that this would be a change that I would highly enjoy.
