I have more than 25 years of versatile experience in project management, coordination, engineering and construction of refinery plants, terminals and pipelines projects in oil and gas industry. I have knowledge and experience of project life cycle like FEED, basic engineering, detail engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE, Project services and procurement. I have worked with refinery, multinational oil and gas E&P companies, international contractors, and consultants. Working with Pipelink Construction (Pvt) Ltd since March 2010 as Sr.Manager Projects.My major responsibilities are: Coordination b/w client and contractor, study project drawings, data sheets, project control procedure and lead project execution team and assist management in preparation of budget and cash flow. Also provide technical support to procurement department for procurement of project material. Following projects have been completed with PCL. 3 4 Relocation of Rehmat Gas Plant (RGP) to Gambat South Gas Processing Facility for PPL I am involved with the project bidding stage to contract award and project construction as of ongoing. Major responsibilities to do the coordination, project management, planning, procurement support and coordination with PPL for progress review, engineering and project management. 3 4 KPD Flow line Projects for OGDCL
Have completed 160 km of gas pipeline of 12”,6”&4” diameter from various wellheads to main gas plant (GPF). This includes the development of 30 number wellheads including wellhead piping approx 40000 dia inches & equipments.
3 4 Naimat West Development Project for United Energy Pakistan Relocate Amine & Glycol Plant from UEPL Turk Facility to Naimat West. The project includes Civil works, Steel Structural works, piping,dismantle –transport – and erect all heavy and light equipments, piping works, electrical and instrumentation works. 3 4 Latif Development Works for OMV
Laying of 23 KM 16” dia pipeline from Latif North-1 wellhead to Central Valve assembly and construction of reception facility at Sawan Gas Plant. 3 4 Flowline & Wellhead Works for United Energy Pakistan Construction of Miscellaneous new drilled wellheads & repair & maintenance works of existing facilities for United Energy Pakistan Limited.
3 4 Supply & Fabrication of Tanks United Energy Pakistan Supply & Fabrication of API Storage Tanks for United Energy Pakistan Limited. Supply & Fabrication of wellhead spools for United Energy Pakistan Limited. Worked with SINOPEC ENGINEERING in Abu Dhabi since October 2008 to December 2009 as a Sr.Mechanical Engineer. Responsibilities are to review the detail engineering, MTO, data sheets, specifications, for tanks, stationery and rotary equipments, Plot plan designed by sub contractor VECO Engineering. RFQ for equipment procurement and technical clarification with the vendors etc. Worked with Pipelink Construction (Pvt) Ltd since December 2007 to August 2008 as Sr. Project Engineer and have completed
• OMV Sawan 10 flowline and well head projects.
• ABB TCF for Sawan Compression projects.
• ABB civil embankment plant works.
Worked with INDUS REFINERY in Karachi from July 2006 to September 2008 as a Sr. Project Engineer responsibilities included review the engineering design for API tanks, Plot plan, equipment layout etc. The refurbishment of static equipments, (exchanger) prepare RFQ documents for the same, tendering and bid evaluation etc.
Worked with DAR AL RIYADH CONSULTANTS as PMC in KSA for SABIC from September 03 to June 2006. Details are as follows.
Working at PETROKEMYA (SABIC) at Utilities Improvement Project as a Project Engineer and responsibilities are
• Preparation of ITB for Engineering Procurement and Construction Management Contract.
• Obtained bids for EPCM Contractor and Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Obtained bids for long lead equipment and coordinate with other discipline for LLE Bids Technical Evaluation.
• Coordinate with Mustang Tampa during detailed engineering and validation of LLE Equipments TBA.
Worked at SADAF (SABIC) Styrene-III Project as a Project Engineer and responsibilities are
• Coordinate with ABB Lummus in the preparation of the Scope book (Basic Engineering)

Worked with at SADAF (SABIC) Membrane cell Conversion Project as a Project Engineer and responsibilities are
• Inviting vendors for study on replacement project

• Coordinate owner’s requirement with contractor (Technip) Worked at SADAF Salt Plant (SABIC) as a Project Engineer and completed the following jobs Supervise contractor’s work for
• The piping installation, steel structure rehabilitation i.e. sand blasting painting, repair and replace the damaged structure with new according to Sadaf standards and project specification.
• Replacement of badly corroded belt and mesh conveyor frame with new i.e. fabrication, erection and alignment carryout the repair, fabrication erection of tanks, chutes and hoppers. Worked with ZISHAN ENGINEERS (Pvt.) LTD as PMC for Pakistan State Oil at Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal from August, 02 to Sep.03 as a Project Manager and responsibilities are
• To supervise to the contractor for the fabrication and erection of 2Nos. 62.5M dia. external floating roof tanks including all piping at ZOT, as per API code and project specification. Worked with SIEMENS ENGINEERING. at Lasmo Gas Field Bhit from June, 01 to August, 02 as a Construction Manager, key involvement in evaluation and bidding process, meeting with Client ( Aquator ) and at field responsibilities are to supervise and coordinate with client for the construction of steel structure, API storage tanks and piping. The making of shop drawing from the General arrangement for steel structure.
Worked with MARATHON ENGG. & CONSTRUCTION as a Site Manager at Fouji Oil Terminal Karachi from Sep.1999 to June 01. & has completed the following job
• Prepare tender documents.
• Fabrication and erection of 30-inch dia. HSD line from jetty to Fotco terminal Bin Qasim (4KM) Worked with CHIYODA FOSTER WHEELER from March 98 to April99 as Project Engineer at OLNG (Oman Liquid Natural Gas) project and has completed the following jobs.
• Erection and inspection of 6000 tons prefabricated structure according to drawing and project specification.
• Installation, alignment and grouting of stationary and rotary equipments.
• Installation of piping.
Worked with DESCON ENGINEERING from June, 96 to March, 98 as an Engineer at ICI PTA Project Bin Qasim Karachi and has completed the following jobs.
• Erection of 4000 tons of steel structure according to drawing and specification.
• Fabrication, erection and hydro testing of CS pipes
