NEPA Project Manager Bureau of Land Management Anchorage, AK 2007- 2009 Project manager for two 20-million acre multiple-use management and comprehensive Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). I managed $1 million/year budget, established priorities, and negotiated work of 13 professional staff members; completed RMP/EIS and Record of Decision. Project primary point of contact for organizational leadership, key stakeholders, and interested public; collaborated with and provided briefings to federal, state, and local government agencies and executive managers, Alaska Governor’s office, and Native Alaskan governments.
