Duties And Responsibilities
Design and develop and maintain an action plan to ensure corporate legal compliance relating to HSE is met.
Man power tracking, checking permit to work system, Emergency Drill coordination.
Establish the Legal register.
HSE inspection, internal auditing, Accident /incident investigation, Safe work practice.
Design an internal audit plan for the operation.
Conducting Tool box talk, Risk Assessment, Incident Prevention survey, Weekly Safety meeting preparation.
Inspection of Safety sign boards and warning tape to avoid accident.
Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as safety harness, safety shoes, helmet, safety glass, eye goggles, earplugs and masks.
Inspection of firefighting equipment s to make sure that all equipment s are in good working condition.

Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.

Ensure audit reports, progress reports and HS&E performance reports are sent monthly to the Operations Controller to the QHSE Manager.
Inspection of workers and equipment s in the job site to ensure proper safety procedures as per client satisfaction.
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
Conduct gas test to ensure sufficient percentage of oxygen and absence of toxic and hazardous gases in confined spaces before entry for work.
Work with the Incident Owners to ensure that all HSE incidents are investigated and analyzed in accordance with HSE Procedures
Supervision of the Company Site Safety Department, Maintain Work Permit Register and Camp safety and hygiene survey preparation.
HSE Critical: Review all action registers, Any new risks identified must be captured in the action Register. Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients and contractors and report the result to the QHSE manager
Provide statistical analysis of all HSE data, for reporting to the Board.
Inspection of all HOT Work places to ensure that the hot work is done in strict compliance of the safety requirements for hot work activities.
Promoting safety awareness among the working crew and supervisory staff.
Overlooking the Operation, Certification of Cranes and Forklifts
