Preparation of monthly salary Invoices post approval from client processing employee’s salaries to their respective bank accounts.

Payroll & General Administration works.

Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and record cash receipts and make bank deposits.

Processing of Full & Final settlement & resignation letter of employee for resignees.

Processing salary invoices based on calculated attendance and employee time sheets & verify inputs.

Managing & Maintaining Vendor bills payable & bills receivable & Maintain Branch annual budget and chart of accounts.

Been a single point of contact for any Client & Employee relation & grievance.

Dealing with basic book keeping & processing and paying invoices of vendors.

Assisting payroll team to HO for TDS deductions and submitting Investment declaration and relevant proofs accordingly on time.

Managing PAN India operational activities for the Contract Staffing.

Handling Company expenses & Payroll systems that Wages & Salaries.

Handling/refer overdue accounts to collections & follow-up.

Calculating expenditure & keep accurate records for all daily transactions.

Completing Joining formalities & Exit formalities of the executives for various Clients such as Issuing Appointment & Offer Letter, Bank accounts, Pay slips, Extension letters, PF withdrawal forms, Relieving letters, etc.

Looking after Medi-Claim reimbursement process as per company policy.

Developing & Maintaining Employee data-base, files & records & other reports.

Handling employees & Client’s grievances and solving them in quick session.

Looking after all administration works for Branch.

B.Com (Computers) from Vivek Vardhni Evening College affiliated to Osmania University.
