Description - Doing reconciliation of Investment Banking.
Had been Working in two types of clients,
HAL (Horizon Asset Portfolio Limited)
LH (Liberty Harbour)
It is a day to day activity which means we have to submit our hedge reconciliation to NAV team at the end of day. I am working in BOAML, BARCLAYS (CFD, PB,Future) DB, CITI & JPM & STST funds. It is a confidential oriented
Process is which we have to get statements from both side IFS and Broker side and doing reconcile in both side. If any query in that we have to investigate further. Mail handling.
We are doing Postings and Transfers between CFD and PB acids based on the statements receiving from Broker side.
I do financial checks like validating the statements of broker, Posting and code checks, TDC comparisions like that.
I was preparing client mail which means usually our process is after completion of the reconciliation it would be handover to hierarchy team which call it as NAV team. As per NAV team advised we have to prepare queries which we having on daily basis.
