Responsible for elaborating new curricula for emerging professional fields: International Development, Natural Resource Management, Global Management, Strategic Marketing, and Global Finance. In charge of administering and managing new academic and co-curricular programs and planning academic online learning and evaluation strategies. Highlights: UAM College’s student enrollment has grown 74% through developing over 18 new programs since joining the UAM College team. Retention achieved an 87% rate. The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) 2006-2009 Local Coordinator
IFES’ local consultant in charge of coordinating five NGOs in the “Transparency in Political Financing Campaign” as part of the USAID Transparency Program directed by CASALS in Nicaragua. Involved in the anti-corruption campaign during the Nicaraguan elections of 2006. Highlight: Traveled to Washington D.C. to be trained in electoral process education with the BRIDGE Program.
