Prepare risk assessment of:

1.Welding and cutting

2. Work on height

3. Excavation

4. Lifting

5. Work in confined space

6. Work with electricity

oAssessing fire protection requirements, ensuring adequacy and proper maintenance of fire fighting provision.

oTo deliver the toolbox talk on site.

oTo deliver safety induction to new workers.

oIdentify the hazards and eliminate the source.

oConduct safety audit and inspection.

oInvestigate the accident /incidents and report to the management and take corrective action.

oAct as an emergency coordinator in case of emergency.

oEnsure PPE is available and properly used.

oReports all safety violation and advice remedial measures.
