Director of Payroll Services & HRIS, for a real estate investor and property management company has over 300 location in 45 state and local taxing bodies for 2,000 employees. Directly responsible to the management of the Payroll and HRIS department with at team of 3 member. Currently using Ultimate in-house software in tandem with Kronos and Ceridian.
Improve the CA compliance by install the Attestation software in Kronos. Ensure that pay statements are following all California regulation. Perform monthly audit to ensure that all system stay in compliance.
Outsource benefit to Mercer Marketplace 365+.
Create and implemented an automated General Ledger file for GL/Yard/MC file and Cash Reporting. Build relationship cross function team and ensure that the IT and accounting teams understand the “why”.
