OBJECTIVE
Engineering position involving testing, documenting and debugging PCB boards to component level.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Test and debug and align laser (LIDAR product) in a manufacturing environment
10+ years experience testing debugging and maintaining computers and computers related equipment. Test and Debug PCB down to board and component level.
Test, build and debug semi-conductor wafer making machine.
Wrote and verified test procedures for ISO certification.
Debug and test in HASS chamber.
Lead Supervisor for debug and rework of over 15 people.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Repaired inventory balance was thousand of dollars off in number of on hand memory dimm chips and the number show in SAP. Designed and ran daily audits until variance was resolved to 0.
Designed bench and classroom training programs to keep other testers up to date on new products. Collaborated with manufacturing to stay abreast of latest technologies. All 10 to 15 people were completely cross-trained on the latest developments in new products.
Learned the operations of the HASS chamber as well as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Was able to debug boards from the system to the component level.
Coordinated quarterly inventory. Attended pre- and post-inventory meetings as well as ran inventory reports. Discrepancies were discussed with team and variances were reduces to practically nil. Became the main inventory coordinator.
Became involved with group financials, inventory, failure analysis, ISO audits, and internal safety audits. As a result was promoted to Debug Team Supervisor for group of 15.
