George Bernard Shaw says that there are two kind of people in the world, one are reasonable and other unreasonable. Reasonable man adapts himself to the world and unreasonable persist in trying to adapt the world according to himself. But most of the progress of the nation depends upon unreasonable man.

Law of nature is such whenever something goes up, gravity pulls it down . But Satellites and rockets break this pull of gravity and escape to outer space,may get burned out but never comes down

The above two statements - ‘Unreasonable man' and ‘breaking the pull' are actually the pillars of success in terms of thinking. In both these statements creative thinking with hard work is the key. For sustainable hard work motivation is necessary. And doing the things differently creativity is important. Here, the leader plays a significant role. He/She should not treat the subordinates like commodities. These people cannot be managed in this manner. Inventories can be managed but subordinates must be led. If you are a good leader treat the people in Japanese style. Think out of the box and work together. The successful functioning of any organization depend on how far their leaders are capable of generating a motivating environment .If the employee does his/her work up to the satisfaction of his leader, appreciation and reward after observing the minute intricacies is the last step.

Working Experience

I have crafted the Curricula for the schools and developed the pedagogy to carry out the teaching successfully. I am having rich experience of developing the methodology of teaching Science also. The crafted curricula followed the strategy of ‘Learning To Be' as suggested by UNESCO with exposure to literary co-curricular activities. Apart from this, I am having experience of setting laboratories, preparing Prospectus, Dairies, fee books etc. I have started with Faculty Development Programmes in various schools to train faculty not only for profession but also for soft skills. I am working on the development of a Teaching Methodology ie the Pedagogy to bring novelty and maximum participation of the child by using Advanced Organizer Model. I have done the training on Continuous Professional Development at Elante Business Hub organized by British Council (speaker- Ema Sue Prince) and another training at CAD Chandigarh.

Research Experience

I am having good exposure of many research topics. I have written two theses (one in M.Ed and another in M.Phil) on Adolescents problems like Aggression, Mental health and Physical Fitness. I have guided two students also. One has worked on Psychosocial problems of Adolescents in slum area and another has worked on Kabir's philosophy. At, present, I had the experience of working on the project of Ford Foundation meant for rural people.
