I am working as an Astt. Project Engg. From Rolling Mill & Gasi fier plant with duration of

(Oct’ 2012 to April 2014).

And I am also working As an Shift Incharge in RMP & E.S.P. operation and Plant Maintenance with duration of (May 2014 to March. 2015).

Work Responsibility:

1) Chennai Radha Engg. Works Pvt. Ltd. : :

Responsible for complete Operation and Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant as Associate Manager and performing duties as follows-

• Monitoring and supervising complete desk operation including Stockyard stacking & reclaiming, bunker feeding and providing feedback and changes wherever required.

• PTW issue and closure in compliance with all safety measures and isolations.

• Carrying out and monitoring Mechanical Maintenance Activities in CHP from routine maintenance to breakdown maintenance covering equipments like-

- Coal Crusher (Nos.- 08)

- Belt Conveyors - Paddle & Trough Feeders

- In Line Magnetic Seperator

- Dust Extraction System - Conveyor Motors & its gear box

- Coal Sampling Unit - Idlers and its frames

- Stacker-Cum-Reclaimer and Stockyard - Belt Weigher

- Pulleys (head, tail, take-up and snub) - Protections (pull chord & belt sway system)

- Conveyor rollers (carrying, return, impact, self-aligning and pressure)

Maintaining in tegrity in maintenance of SAP-PM and SAP-MM data, cost analysis, maintaining history/records also.

Successfully completed Kigens in C.H.P. like (canopy at paddle feeder panel, making stairs near conv. For proper housekeeping during running conv., platform for shunt man at Wagon tippler, ) Academic Credentials:

Diploma. (Mechanical Engg.) 2007-2010 by 1st division from Govt. Polytechanic college Tikamgarh, R.G.P.V. University, Bhopal (M.P.). and my current percentage is 68.00%.
