Site: Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) Clean fuel Project. loop Check 7 monrh shut down (from 22, May 2018 to 08, Dec 2018) JOB ROLE: INSTRUMENT Foreman CUM DCS OPERATOR AND PERMIT RECIPENT

● Responsible for pre loop checking and Final loop checking in presence of KNPC witness and vendor Witness

● Handle team for cold loop, troubleshooting, and final loop .

● Loop check of Field Instrument, like PT, TT, FT, DP type FT, VORTEX FT ULTRASONIC FT from Endrrss Houser and Rosemountet make,Control Valves and Solonoid valves, Fire and Gas Detector of Honeywell, Cabinet Alarm, MCP, becon, vibration etc

● Updation of Loop folders like ILD, Test Reports cable layout as built

● Operating DCS (HONEYWELL EXPERION PKS)

● Tag verification on DCS according to RATS.

● Check for Download and updation of tag and giving punch for Honeywell Engineers,

● Receiving permit for working site on daily, weekly and quarterly basis.
