Project Title :BAJA SAEINDIA 2016

Description : Participated in the VIRTUAL BAJA SAEINDIA 2016 organized by

SAEINDIA on 24th and 25th june2016 at Christ university, Kangeri

Campus, Bangalore. I am the team manager and I worked on power transmission.

Project Title : yield improvement of carbon dioxide in Hindustan Coca cola Beverages Pvt.Ltd.

Description : project deals with yield improvement of carbon dioxide at cocacola plant.

From co2 plant,co2 is distributed to 5 different production lines.there is

30% loss of co2 .we decreased the loss to 25% .

Project title : portable 3-axis CNC drilling machine using arduino

Description : we built a 3-axis cnc drilling machine by designing and fabricating the frame,

using arduino boards and stepper motors,axis movement is done and for tool

post dc motor is used.arduino board is programmed for automatic operation.

INTERNSHIP:

Done internship in design tech systems Pvt.Ltd in unigraphics where I have designed Plummer block assembly, radial engine assembly,intake manifold, brake drum, bench vice assembly, pipe vice assembly and other assemblies, surfacing and sheet metals using UG NX-10. I have meshed 1D,2D,3D components in hyper mesh(optistruct).
