Description: The Carmen project was set up in order to create a system that can keep pace with the rapid increase in the volume of mobile phone business and can offer customers new services and tariffs and thus react quickly to the needs of the market. Carmen consists of subprojects and organisational units that are required for administration, development and operation, which includes RBP as one of its sub project. As a result, Carmen has become the customer care and billing system to govern data and support all customers of Deutsche Telekom-Mobil which is a German Telecommunication Service provider. The Testing RBP project had contract for testing only mobile-based customers, but now we acquire the Fixed net line too. Rating - Accepts data from iBMD (international Billing Mediation Device), provides charging for the customers by analysing the usage. Service that subscriber used via TD infrastructure are rated. Also categorize the calls into used and unused records and shares the data with Billing and subsequent systems
DORA- Import raw data from CBS system and transform into printable format
(AFP/PDF).
