PROFILE

Piping Designer with over 20+ years’ experience in the petroleum refining, petrochemical, chemical industries, gas plants, offshore production platforms, power plants, and oil and gas field transport systems, compressor stations, oil and gas transport and storage, pipeline manifolds, mainline valves, and GOSP. My overall background has included piping design, plant layout, piping and equipment arrangement plans, vessel and equipment details, structural steel design, piping isometrics, construction drawings, 3D models, P&ID’s and PFD’s. Experience includes senior designer, lead designer, squad leader, checker, project engineer, project manager on several multi-million dollar projects, from grass roots to expansion and upgrades. This experience provides a thorough knowledge of design and engineering procedures and practices that allow me to assume responsibilities on projects from written scope, through design, procurement, construction, start-up, and systems turnover to client.

Computer skills include AutoCAD and associated overlay programs such as CADWorx Plant Professional (10+ yrs.), Bentley AutoPlant Design (7+ yrs.), CADPipe 3D Design (2 yrs.), PRO Series (4 yrs.), AVEVA PDMS and MDS (6+ yrs.), have checked PDS, FlexCAD, AVEVA Review & ReviewShare, SmartPlant Review, NavisWorks, Point Cloud Survey programs – AVEVA LFM, Cloudworx and Autodesk ReCap, databases, spreadsheets and scheduling programs. I also have an extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD, CADWorx Administration, ISOGEN and Isogen Administrator, computers, operating systems and computer networking.
