2018 – 2019 United Northern Mortgage Bankers Remote Position Senior Processor/Relationship Manager

o Re-evaluate processing procedure and assist management with putting new procedures into place

o Working with sales and upper management on new procedures to ensure files move more smoothly through UW

o Review all new files from sales to ensure compliance, borrower qualification and meets all industry guidelines prior to placing all applicable orders

2017 – 2018 United Northern Mortgage Bankers Remote Position DE Underwriter

o Review files and documentation provided by processing to ensure the loan meets all lender/FHA guidelines/RESPA/HMDA and state compliance o Review all fields in Reverse Vision and Blitz Docs to ensure processing/intake staff has entered all information appropriately

o Ensure all appraisals are complete and accurate

o Justify value of the appraisal via comps provided, additional research performed or by Field and Desk reviews by alternate appraisers o Set value on the appraisal once value has been deemed accurate to individual market standards

o Log all reviewed appraisals and re-log if necessary due to a possible decrease in value

o Review title and credit to ensure all debts and liens are appropriately paid at closing, ensure borrower meets residual income per FHA Financial Assessment requirements

Quality Control

o Pull reports of all funded loans from both operating systems to send to outside auditors

o Once outside auditors have chosen the funded loans, gather all loan documentation and bundle into one PDF file to upload to their secure site. Follow up with outside auditors if reviews are not received in a timely manner o Once outside audit is received, review to ensure the items needed were not included and forward to management for response. Follow up with management if responses to findings are not received in the allotted time o Once responses are received, review to ensure are complete, that all documentation has been provided and to ensure that proper training is taking place o Pull reports of all Adverse Action (canceled files), choose 10%-50% to review for compliance, send findings to management for response, follow up if responses are not received in the allotted time

o Ensure management has responded appropriately to all Adverse Action findings, ensure that all necessary documentation has been uploaded to the file and that appropriate training is taking place

o Review specialty loans as needed to ensure compliance (HECM for Purchase, HECMHECM and Financial Assessment once implemented) o Pull documents chosen by State Auditors and forward to the appropriate parties. Assist in responding to all findings

o Pull documents chosen by outside auditors for the warehouse line, bundle into one PDF and upload to their site. Respond to all findings and provide corrections as necessary

2013-2014 RMS/Security 1 Lending Hiram, Ga.

DE Underwriter

o Continue to transfer any Case Numbers to new lenders with a borrower’s letter of authorization once the appraisal has been accurately logged if loan was processed with RMS. If loan was processed through Security 1 Lending, ensure request is forwarded to appropriate party for completion of transfer o Shadow U/W closed loans for Security 1 Lending to ensure all lender/state/FHA guidelines have been met. Also ensure all RESPA/HMDA guidelines have been appropriately followed

o Review of manufactured home appraisals for Security 1 Lending prior to closing to ensure the home itself and foundation meet all applicable guidelines o Travel to the Newburgh, NY branch to train Security 1 Lending processing and intake staff on RM Compass for smooth transition of systems o Train Newburgh and San Diego, CA branch U/W’s on how to navigate RM Compass once transition has been completed

o Re-direction of correspondent lenders to the Newburgh or San Diego location as necessary for all initial Underwrites or for any conditions that have been sent to the Hiram location

o Continue to assist or train Security 1 Lending staff on navigation of RM Compass as needed
