Objective:

MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Over the years I have worked from entry level to owning several successful small companies I built myself from idea to possible sale. These companies were started out when I was eight years old mowing lawns and delivering newspapers to being a major landscaping business in college to employing a couple of people part time A custom furniture firm with just me creating works of art with my own hands for paying customers and finally, a startup of my own body shop specializing in buying and fixing older cars and then selling them for profit. In major companies I started out after college working for the Travelers as a Software Project Coordinator and worked on the state of the art systems and was internally published that vice presidents relied on to make major systems decisions. Next, I made a move to fireman’s fund in san Francisco same title and more critical systems bringing the company from the dark ages in to the computer age working on the experimental distributed systems. The Bechtel where e I had the same title but, my responsibilities were to develop an automated labor distribution system that would interface with all other company systems
COMMUNICATION
·Like I said I take my education into everything I do but the most positive demonstration and recent experience is as a specimen collector where my clients trust me and enjoy doing an embarrassing function with me watching so the clients cannot cheat. Also, I was a Prudential Insurance Agent for two years making and keeping a steady income for two years unfortunately I did not approve of the way the company wanted me to succeed and I left just before the company went public and let go 15000 agents mostly long timers who had been with the company 20 or more years.
·I have held Many leadership roles but recently the beast example is as the front restaurant coordinator for burger king I had the respect of all staff and customers and as proof I offer the falling fact the customer satisfaction surveys of my restaurant whenever I was on rose at least 40 points higher then when I was not and now the same store is struggling and we used to always in the top 20 and me alone at the front counter for lunch and dinner.

·My duties here were when a subscriber was not delivered their weekend paper, I would go out after they called in and deliver their paper, and I always worked extra hours on Saturday and Sunday. I had to leave their position because of severally torn left shoulder rotator cup requiring surgery and a two-year rehab losing my arms function for almost 6 months the recovery and, to trust it both physically and mentally

·I started as a stock clerk during the recession and was promoted to the front end because of my personality as being very friendly. Where my duties included bagging groceries and shagging carts but I used to put people at ease and would practice customer services which when I started was emphasized Now it is quick fast in and out, very disappointing it separated us from the competition.
FRONT END COORDINATOR BURGER KING 2000 TO 2010
I was responsible to take care of customers and expedite there order from the very get go and I was very good at it but management complained I was to slow in the end, I was the only sales front end staff well known in the home office because of my customer skills’ profits went up people ordered more and did not mind waiting to be served by me I still have customers that write to me years later complaining it is not the same and they miss me being a bright spot in their day of hustle.
