In my previous experience as a sales manager, I developed job descriptions, drafted job postings, recruited, selected and onboarded the 20 sales representatives that were on my team. Additionally, I learned how to be business focused and reguarly exceeded my monthly and annual sales targets.
I have also had the opportunity to volunteer with the Calgary Stampede and the Canadian Red Cross. In these volunteer positions I have been involved in pre-screening, interviews, conducting reference checks and setting up training for new staff.
Working in these roles has given me a unique skill set and helped me build a reputation for delivering excellent service.
