Hired by Port Washington, NY based American market research company (8th largest in the world) in Jan. 2018 to manage Entertainment portfolio and revitalize large-scale Book Business acquisition project; led successful/timely completion (launched in 8/2018). Oversaw all PMs and worked in cooperation with Business Leads.

−Supported post launch efforts, overseeing automation efforts and SLA requirements.

−Projects managed included 3 Global Upgrades, 2 Acquisitions/Migrations and a Consolidation.

−Led team of direct reports (PMs and Directors).
