Production manager. Responsible for insuring jobs are on schedule, under budget, permitted, inspections, and running an in house crew of about 20. Always kept my jobs under budget unless we received authorization to increase.

Florida Municipal Services 2011-2016

Receive and review commercial and residential permit and land use applications. Ensure minimum standards met in site plans and technical drawings in accordance with established procedures, codes and ordinances. Advise contractors, homeowners and public on the specific application process and resolve concerns or problems to ensure permit issuance. Research files and databases to extract required information to issue permit and calculate related fees. Review. Use GIS and related mapping software to research and organize basic data analysis for use in reports, maps and legal instruments. Scope writer providing several million dollars worth of scopes with essentially no change orders to the fund. Also had the duty of inspecting home post construction to insure work quality, as well as walking new tenants thru the new rental to explain operations of the home. Worked in all aspects of the electrical field, from underground rough ins, to wiring a house at new construction, or remodel. Attended the Journeyman course in 2005, becoming lead man for a crew, and thru hard work an diligence, became operations manager for the company, running the daily operations for a company that was the electrician for at the time, the largest infill builder in the Tampa Bay Area.

My background has given me a wide variety of construction skill sets including carpentry and masonry, plumbing and electrical. I have the ability to work in all phases of construction from blueprints to service and repair. create presentations that appeal to customers in a clear and precise manner. As a Project Manager I can coordinate subcontractors, meet deadlines, pass inspections, and remain well within budget parameters.
