Responsible for the project management and execution of various Enterprise-wide learning solutions which include vendor selection and management, project team collaboration, timely stakeholder communication and strategic planning with business partners.
Manage the content of and facilitate virtual and in-person leadership workshops aligned to the company’s goals and objectives; feedback is consistently high on facilitation skills and usefulness of content and tools.
Managed the Enterprise-wide Executive Coaching practice. This includes maintaining relationships with key vendor and HR partners, creating efficiencies for engagement processes, and aligning metrics to talent processes.
Formed a team, launched and manage one of the top five most active Enterprise-wide social media communities that is focused on individual growth and professional development. Executive Leadership Development Consultant (January 2013–December 2015)
Led and managed the delivery efforts of a talent management workshop designed to build leadership capability. This workshop was delivered to approximately 300 people managers and leveraged webinar technology to manage efficiency and cost.
Lead the design, development and implementation efforts of an Enterprise-wide flagship executive development program for recently hired/promoted executives at the Vice President level. This program was piloted in October of 2015 with 58 participants and received an overall satisfaction score of 5.6 (on a 6 point scale). Specific responsibilities included researching and providing recommendations to leadership, drafting all communications, managing the various work-streams and implementing a website to support pre / post work.
Led and managed the design, development and delivery strategy for a number of globally executed leadership development programs focused on the skills and behaviors aligned to the enterprise strategy and health aspiration. Worked with senior management to build a core delivery training team to meet the high demand for these programs. These programs were delivered in 9 languages to over 4,500 people managers and officers.
Learning & Development Consultant (August 2002–December 2012)
Created, managed and delivered several training programs designed to educate finance professionals on the changing accounting, tax and SEC regulations. These in-house programs generated a cost saving of over $300,000.00.
Designed, marketed and maintained an intra-net website that provides educational and accounting resources to all finance associates.
Worked closely with and directed the efforts of an outside consultant to provide an on-line courses as well as an education center for associates to track career development progress.
