Project Safety Director (Contracted with Granger Construction Company and ABC UPG Technologies)

Responsible for successfully integrating safety behavior to change the culture of all trades working on the Ash Tank Project located in West Olive, MI for the Consumers Energy JH Campbell Facility. Within a month time frame, successfully transformed overall operations and management team as well as subcontractors, to prevent general contractor from termination of all jobsite activities. EHS Manager responsible for successfully integrating EHS management systems into the operation by implementing processes, systems and procedures to prevent injuries/illnesses and to facilitate and maintain regulatory compliance at the facility.

Successfully completed environmental reporting requirements for SWPPP and SPCC regulatory requirements and electronically completed 2017 and 2018 MIOSHA OSHA Log 300 information submissions. Lead three facility Michigan Occupational Safety and Health visits with no citations or penalties received from during the MIOSHA employee complaints.
