Ability to provide project cost estimates and schedules. Extensive knowledge and experience in construction and supervision. Good office administration and management skills. Excellent attention to detail and a result orientated focus, strong communication skills to coordinate with team projects and contractors. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning of Project / Site and Monitoring.

2. Preparation of planning, schedule for total project. 3. Preparation of Organization Chart for all new Projects. 4. Preparing & updating schedule - weekly, monthly updates, Resource allocation, estimating projected resources, Progress reports, graphs. 5. Setting and overseeing the implementation of a planning and inspection schedule and ensuring the compliance with the set date and procedures. 6. Meeting with DGM, DPM & PM regarding execution and progress of work. 7. Inspecting and checking the executed works to ensure the quality. 8. Verify measurements of work submitted by the site engineers for works executed at site by the Sub-Contractors.

9. Generating periodic Running Account Bills on the Client and dues out to the Sub- Contractors.

10. Reconcile secured material advances and recoveries before releasing any bills for payment.

11. Maintenance of record for works / jobs orders placed on various vendors / Sub- Contractors.

12. Preparation and reconciliation of theoretical consumption of materials with actual consumption in consultation with stores in-charge and site engineers. 13. Preparation and checking of specifications and rates adopted for extra items, substituted items and deviations. Defining the same through User Entered Variation Form.

14. Updating and maintaining current market rates of materials. 15. Obtaining and maintaining record of all test certificates and purchase vouchers in support, as required under the terms of the Contract. 16.
