pallet verified.

RF Scan each pallet for stock transfer to the

warehouse.

Responsible for ensuring the production area

is cleared at all times by the forklift

driver/trolley and stock.

Responsible for ensuring that no handover

stock is kept at production.

Conduct random inspections to verify that

pallets are put-away into there correct

location as described on the label.

Manage the staff break and interval times .

Reconcile physical control check sheet to

that of WMS system report not limited to

batch / GMID / dates etc.

Escalate any issues to the relevant manager /

supervisor.

Ensure that any unused labels are recorded

in handover book and submitted for deletion.

Ensure that the product received is of the

highest standard of quality.

*Pallets are free from dirt and dust.

*Pallets have no damages.

*Pallets have the correct identification.

*Product are stable on pallets.

Pallets are not leaning and have any

potential impact on storage.

Keep working area safe, neat and tidy.

Responsible to ensure any stock returned

from warehouse to production is recorded

and system entries completed. Controls must

exist for hand over and returns.

Stand In and take charge in the absence of a

supervisor.

Ensure that all stock returned from suppliers

/ customer is checked in accordance of the

delivery note.

The physical stock received must be

recorded on the receiving check control

sheet.

Any shortages / damages received must e

endorsed on the delivery note.

Any endorsements must be shown to the

driver and must be acknowledged by the

truck driver.

The Unitrans GRN book must be completed

in detail for the physical pallets / physical

bags received.

The physical stock returned must be kept

aside for inspection and not mixed with

others to prevent contamination.

I did weekly and monthly stock takes and stock recons with the stock controllers and supervisors. My supervisor teached me everything he does so that when he was absent I could take charge.
