As National Facility Lead Project Manager, directly managed over $10MM in warehouse and office redesigns construction. Served as Lead Project Manager and principle design engineer for facility warehouse and logistics redesign as required under FDA 2016 Food Modernization Act and Nestlé Global General Instructions for food grade quality standards.
Lead Project Manager for facility TI office renovation projects. Principal developer for office concept and scope of work for architectural, design, and permitting contracts for bid submissions. Primary coordinator between construction activities and internal business functions to ensure minimal impact to stakeholder’s daily operations. Skilled at individually developing full scope of work documents to include architectural and design graphics, construction specifications and authoring full bid packages for competitive bidding process within industry and Nestlé standards.

Spearheaded as Project Lead for installation of propane Autogas bulk refueling tanks at six ReadyRefresh branches for alternative fuel delivery trucks. This achieved over $500K in savings for grant incentives for propane use in bulk CPG over local spray filling Autogas trucks.

Directed Fleet operations of 30 direct to customer delivery branches, fleet capital and financial management, parts purchasing, outside maintenance services, and fleet shop/facilities construction.
