Duties and Responsibilities:

While employed as the Office Administrator I was responsible for general administration of the real estate sales office. In addition to supporting the Branch Manager & assisting the agents, as Office Administrator I played a key part in coordinating all the activities involved in advertising, listings, sales and closings of properties. oSupport sales associates with on-boarding & processing upon affiliation, educate sale associates on phone & other office systems & office orientation.

oProvide various reports as required by manager & sales associates (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), prepare Agents Monthly floor schedule.

oManage branch accounts payables & receivables, obtain necessary approvals & submit to regional accounting office.

oManage all office administration tasks, including general, office & business supply orders, equipment maintenance, preparation & processing of new affiliation paperwork & licenses, maintain files & oversee

General office appearance & repair issues.

oPrepare PowerPoint presentations for manager’s office business meetings, correspondence (mail-merge) to newly licensed agents. Back-up receptionist as needed.
