I was recorded authomatically mechanically tru incoming and outgoing upon receiving all important documents from the supplier and each vessel,code,and characteristics of fish.
I manage do all the list for all kinds of fish usages for the entire shift(dayshift/nightshift)
make a breakdown of fish usugaes from receiving to recieval area through butchering for the cutting of labor salary.
Gather and collect all the Cans and Lids use from the filling line area and know the consumption of rejection they disposed to see to it if they used equal amount that given by me.
Ask the sauce checker’s to filled the correct batches of sauce the used for their sauce report before submitting to my office. Notify them that before living and starting production whether dayshift or nightshift there is a proper turn over for less mistake.
All transaction must balanced to labelling finish goods. carefully checked the code, vessel,number,shift,chart,bending,steaming,retorting,baskets,cases,a kind of products run, the date, its shelf, and its lot.
The labelling section is the very sensitive area. Must checked carefully its, pallet tag,ask the quality control (QC) for confirmation.
Responsible in warehouse area to collect the shipments product for the monthly inventory of the product. Carefully checked their product from indoor to out door.such as its, van number, seal number,date of shipping, packinglist number,supplier, cargo, and place or country.
Give complete information and details to manager for every transaction whether dayshift and nightshift. And avoid missed conduct of each department for everyday duty.in and out should be very important goals between manager.
In export product carefully make a correct production report for the BFAR INSPECTION.Noted its very confidential and sensitive part.
Checking export product before finalized. ask the head of quality control (QC) for the verification of the product
Make traceabilty problem solving for export product.for securing of characteristics of each kind of fish.
Encode all production report.
Securing the plant documents .
Know how to answer when having a complain for the product.
Know how to handle people
Be competative,productive and innovation.for the products goals.
