Job and responsibilities are following…

Preventive Maintenance and Testing of 132/33 KV,33/11 KV and 11/0.415 KV Power Transformers.

Operating Switch Gear from LV (415v) to HV (33/11kv).

Isolation and De-isolation of Transformers from 630kva, 1250kva, 1600kva, 25mva and 100mva.

Using test equipment & hand tools to diagnose, locate & fix electrical problems.

Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.

Monitors strict implementation of work safety procedure

Installation Of electrical panel board from MDB to MCB and branches

Termination and commissioning from UPS to Battery.

Electrical cable pulling cable dressing and cable laying from electrical room to MCC room.

Responsible for the preparation of report and work orders for job planning and proper work management

Responsible in proper start-up and shutdown operation of all equipment’s

Conduct day to day visual supervision and monitoring of equipment operation status, preparing the equipment’s for scheduled corrective and preventive maintenance as per HSE work standard.

Conduct manual testing for equipment such as water tank pressure, Generator, fire alarm motor, ATS, etc

Monitors strict implementation of safety procedure, lock-out, tag-out during maintenance

Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Water Treatment Plant.
