Roles and Responsibilities:

Staff Housing in charge (handling over 500 staff) for 5 projects under Aspire Zone: The Torch Doha,Al Azizia Boutique Hotel, Naufer. Katara Beach Club, Sarab Camp Sea Line Beach. Covering around 200 staff accommodation units in various places.

Performed monthly inspection, asset control, pests' control and fire and safety procedures for all accommodation units

Ensure the safety and needs of the staff are met, ensuring the standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld, budgets are controlled and any problems are quickly rectified

Handle staff cafeteria/laundry and Staff Transportation services

Maintain purchase, inventories for company housing

Supervise the work of ancillary services,

Maintain stock of transitional and longer-term housing; records allocation data and tracks detailed information in relation to housing and utilities, contracts(i.e. electricity and water) by maintaining relevant files and records

Provide the new employees with the necessary documents and accommodation and keys,

Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints and employee problems

Maintains database items of the storeroom

Designation: Joined as a Human Resource Assistant and was promoted to Night Manager position

Roles and Responsibilities:

In-charge of night auditors, reception, security and night housekeeping staff

Maintain brand standards, safety & security procedures, handling guests’ needs and hotel transportation

Maintain hotel assets, night audit and ensure all the procedures are done properly

Verifying/approving management revenue and control reports while participating in daily management briefings with the General Manager

Prepare the monthly payroll report

Verify a biometric hand punch attendance system against the duty schedules
