Provide support to the hiring mangers during the civilian recruitment process of the Edmonton Police Service in a unionized environment. Duties include:
oscreening candidates in PeopleSoft – moving them along the step process
oscheduling job interviews
obooking rooms for interviews
oscheduling and administering recruitment testing
ocontacting unsuccessful candidates
oproviding first day orientation
ocreating orientation packages.
