Served as the subject matter expert for a suite of global mobility data products that supported a $75M+ global mobility business. Worked closely with the business – both client-facing and managing internal operations staff – in developing products, internal tools, and creating customized solutions for clients.

Supported analyses of Mobility data (cost-of-living, housing, tax) and associated products.

Created custom solutions, tools, and analyses for clients to better manage their Mobility programs.

Served as product leader, directing efforts to integrate various global mobility products and processes after the acquisition of ORC Worldwide by Mercer. Reviewed existing products and processes, identified redundancies, and implemented new procedures. Rapidly acquired and leveraged core competencies which contributed to the successful transformation, transition, and integration activities across multiple global teams.

Led post acquisition transformation effort to integrate cost-of-living processes.

Collaborated with data collection teams to streamline survey efforts, which led to $300K+ in reduced operating costs annually.
