The main purpose of this application is to easy maintenance of accounts, and society activities for accessing rules of housing society.

Micro SF will give you the way to track the sales person and their sales activities. It will track the status of the opportunities created, Quotation and sales order details. Total sales will be calculated according to the status of the opportunity. The software will calculate the total leads created, total won and lost opportunities from the campaign.

The software can beneficial for accounts departments as it can maintain fees record of students, generate various reports based on the collection of fees, maintaining salary structure of teachers. On the whole it helps to manage all schools and colleges activities in a software. It also provides provisions for parents and teachers to view and update the data of students through mobile phones.

This is an internal Web Application software mainly developed for the internal staff of organization. The domain includes developing and managing the attendance entries, attendance reports, leave intimations, grade mapping for CTC, salary calculations, canteen bookings, canteen MIS, Notice Boards, etc. The main focus of the team is to make sure that all these activities work smooth and make the site more user-friendly by inducing new modules for same as per the end user requirements.

Description:

Domestic HRMS

This is a HR module in the ERP Web Application software mainly developed for the entire management of HRMS in an Organization. The domain includes developing and managing the Organizational Calendar, Shifts in an Organization, Shift Assignments, Employee Master, Leave Master, Configurations for Attendance Rule(Flexible Time/Late Coming/Early Leaving), Overtime Rule, PF Rule, PT Rule, Bonus Rule, ESIC Configurations, CTC Configuration, Mapping for CTC. An Employee can also apply for a Loan from the Organization whose EMI would be deducted from his salary as per the installments generated and managed in Loan Management module. An Employee can also apply for an Advance Salary Request wherein the deduction of that Amount would be made in the next month’s salary of that employee. Based on all the Masters and Configurations, an Attendance is marked every month using Biometric Attendance/Importing Attendance File/Manual Attendance to perform the Salary Calculations. The various Reports regarding Attendance, Salary Register, Leave Register, ESIC Statement, Loan Statements, etc. are generated and can be viewed in the HR module. The main focus of the team is to make sure that all the activities of HR Department are incorporated in the system and made more user-friendly for the proper understanding of the HR and Employees in an Organization.

International HRMS

This is a HR module developed for the entire management of HRMS as per the standards of UAE industries. The domain includes developing and managing the Organizational Calendar, Shifts in an Organization, Shift Assignments, Employee Master, Leave Master, Configurations for Attendance Rule(Flexible Time/Late Coming/Early Leaving), CTC Configuration, Mapping for CTC. As per the standards of UAE, a provision was made to pay the Regular Overtime, Holiday Overtime, Late night Overtime, Incentive Overtime with different configured rates to the Workers/ Labours of the Construction companies. A provision is made to enter the Attendance data of Employees as per their monthly working hours for each project and whose reflection would directly be calculated as the present days of that month. Project wise salary of employees can also be calculated. For the construction companies providing Camps for the labours, Camp Masters, Camp cost is calculated which is considered as Project wise Other Cost for every employee. Gratuity for employees is calculated as per the UAE standards. Project wise Salary Report, Project wise Other Cost Report, Gratuity Provisional Report, and Gratuity Report is generated from the system. PRO module is developed for the PRO department of UAE to maintain the document details of employees (Passport, VISA, Emirates Id, Work Permit, etc), to have a track of their expiries, renewals and the cost required for their renewals. Reports are generated to view the Document Renewals, their PRO cost for renewals, etc.

VISITED DUBAI TO IMPLEMENT AND MAKE THE PROJECT OF HRMS LIVE FOR CLIENTS IN DUBAI AND SHARJAH.

WON AWARD OF APPRECIATION FOR THE INNOVATION AWARD 2013 IN MICRO TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE PROJECT OF MICRO SALES FORCE.
