Project Superintendent: Develop new business for General Contracting and Construction, including but not limited to, structural design, metal fabrication, Mechanical Industrial and processing piping division, NASA turnkey design build, and overseeing current contracts for quality assurance and control of job costing. Manage on site take offs, blueprints and design drawings. Preparation of construction documents and bidding negotiation, sub contractors, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance and project development and supervising crews.
