Manage on site take offs, blueprints and design drawings. Preparation of construction documents and bidding negotiation, sub contractors, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance and project development and supervising crews. Currently Project Superintendent at NASJAX 2080 MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITAL RENOVATIONS, Completion of Quantico Marine Base, 24Millon/ P-621 Embassy Project, NIH Research Hospital, NASA, Trumbo Point, Key West, ARMY SFUWO, NASJAX FL
