Directed Media department of 30+ in the development/production/distribution of a daily, international, TV program (300+ programs per year) and produced social media elements and features for web and live streaming. Worked closely with technicians and vendors to assure a successful transition to HD systems for production and distribution.

Oversaw, live and live-to-tape productions in the studio and on location, special events.

Created and edited scripts for weekly studio tapings and special events.

Established new departmental procedures and workflows to fit the modern HD workplace.

Developed a media-specific, electronic, Project Management system to improve the tracking of production elements, programs, and distribution.

Oversaw the transition of promotional materials to a Direct Response model designed to increase ministry partnerships, product sales, and special event attendance.

Utilized data available from Customer Care, Marketing and Product Development to improve the scheduling of programs for the most effective continuity.

During this time the implementation of the new workflows and Project management processes (mid-2018) was showing quantifiable results in improving production time and efficiency in distribution.

In Touch Ministries – Atlanta, GA 2005-2015


Led creative team of producers and designers to develop and execute concepts for Branding and Marketing campaigns ranging from Print/Web/Radio/TV on a worldwide scope. Oversaw creative aspects of production from concept to delivery including script writing, layout and design, casting, field production, directing, graphics design and final edit. Extensive coordination of all aspects of studio and field production as well as Special Events and Trade/Professional shows.

Consulted with all stakeholders to develop methods for each project to tell the story and forward the brand recognition while embracing new/developing technologies and methods for delivery.

Negotiated with various agencies and outside vendors essential to any successful campaign.

Developed, monitored and reconciled budgets while scheduling and tracking progress (of over 20 initiatives a year) to ensure timely delivery.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER (Family Net) - From 2008-2010, In Touch owned the Family Net Radio and TV network.

Created concept for a hybrid satellite radio/TV studio-based program. Collaborated with studio designers, graphic designers and set construction companies to launch “Mornings” as the first stage of Family Net’s original programming initiative. Completing in four months what would normally take eight months or more.

Also helmed the program “Wretched” - a studio-based, satirical look at contemporary views and opinions of Christianity. The program utilized a “clip style” approach wrapped around the commentary of the show’s host. “Wretched” still airs on several cable networks.

SENIOR PRODUCER (Marketing) – Direct Response Marketing

Collaborated with a team of data analysts to transition the ministry into a Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) approach. This approach enabled us to “get to know” the clientele through hi-tech data collection and began to apply those metrics to our marketing and promotional campaigns.

The success of this new marketing approach resulted in the addition of tens of thousands of “new names” - many of who would eventually engage as supporters of the ministry.

During this time, In Touch experienced continued growth in worldwide listenership, viewership and web presence, leading to an increase in donor participation of over 90%.

HallBrook Productions – Atlanta, GA 2001-2004


Charged with defining the look and feel of a weekly stock car racing program as the Speedvision network was transitioning from mid-market cable status to expanded markets under the new brand of SPEED Channel.

Managed and directed all aspects of pre and post-production, including budgeting, sourcing and procuring mobile broadcast trucks, a wide range of broadcast equipment and crew travel for a 30-event season.

The success of the broadcast attracted major, national sponsorships for the series that included B.F. Goodrich Tires and Miller Brewing. Title sponsors, Hooter’s Restaurants and Naturally Fresh Dressings and Dips also showed positive returns on their investment in the program.

Turner Sports (World Championship Wrestling) – Atlanta, GA 1996-2001


Collaborated with a team of seven producers and multitude of other crew and technicians to capture and broadcast live programming for World Championship Wrestling airing on the TBS and TNT Networks.

Airing two live shows weekly and monthly pay-per-views, our team created nearly 250 hours of live programming yearly and contributed content for another 100 hours for taped airing in worldwide syndication.

Directed the “Jumbo-Tron” content for various Pay-per-view events and weekly programming.

Produced versions of programs for Home Video and International distribution.

For a span of nearly three years (1997-1999) WCW “Nitro” and “Thunder” drew the highest ratings of any cable TV programs.
