Inducting new employees on organizational brief, HR policies, protocols and ethics laid by the organization.

Keeping track on employee confirmation and appraisal timelines along with organizing regular counseling sessions for correcting employee performance.

Planning and managing team bonding activities like team outing events, birthday celebrations, major festival celebrations, medical checkup camps, fun activities etc.

Payroll Inputs

Maintaining Staff attendance and leave management.

Coordinating with payroll team on pay disbursements by sharing employee CTC, incentive and absenteeism details per month. Statutory Compliances

Assisting the HOD in following up on organizations (police & court) case schedules.

Work related to government and other administrative offices (PMC, MPCB) Retention and Separation

Identifying the potential exits and taking counseling sessions to retain them.
