Planning and managing team bonding activities like team outing events, birthday celebrations, major festival celebrations, medical checkup camps, fun activities etc.

Payroll Inputs

Maintaining Staff attendance and leave management.

Coordinating with payroll team on pay disbursements by sharing employee CTC, incentive and absenteeism details per month. Statutory Compliances

Assisting the HOD in following up on organizations (police & court) case schedules.

Work related to government and other administrative offices (PMC, MPCB) Retention and Separation

Project Details: Under this project I had to go through several HR related documents of TCIL (Tata Group company) to understand the process & policies which were aligned with the business strategies of the company. My role was to validate with the human resource department whether the processes which were mentioned on these documents were practically adhered and provide suggestions for any changes (if required) on the same based on employees’ feedback.
