Ensure that the issuer has explained and that you understand the require safety precaution written on the permit.
If a system has been isolated, then make sure it cannot be started and that you fit you lock and tag to the system.
Remain at the job site. If needed leave area only for short intervals with the knowledge of the issuer.
Conduct TBT on daily basis
Inspection the site, in case of any emergency stop the work and inform to the supervisor.
