Managed the new construction of the Beaver County Courthouse project, which involved constructing two new buildings on either side of the existing courthouse. Upon completion, the existing structure was demolished and an entrance colonnade connecting the two buildings was built. Constructed three Home Depot stores, Grand Home Furnishings, Shoprite Supermarket, Salem Solid Waste Transfer Station, Friendship Manor Hydrotherapy Pool, Carnegie Museum exhibits and permanent collections, Carnegie Science Center exhibits, various medical projects at Univ. of Pittsburgh Medical Center and many tenant fit-outs and/or renovations.
Lead the renovation of the former Roanoke YMCA into The Locker Room Lofts, a 56 unit mixed use facility. Handled all aspects of the project from demolition to close out documents. Valued engineered $350,000 in savings.
As a project manager, directed various construction projects for the following facilities including renovation of Univ. of Pittsburgh’s Presbyterian Hospital’s emergency room (while in operation): Magee Women’s Hospital, Mercy Hospital, West Penn Hospital, Citizen’s General Hospital, Butler Hospital, and Forbes Health Systems. Constructed or renovated various medical office suites including X-Ray facilities and MRI unit. Constructed research laboratories and clean rooms for Beecham Products, Westinghouse, PPG, Fisher Scientific, Bayer, Medrad, and Luna Laboratories.
