Responsibilities

To follow safety at all levels of Preventive, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance.

In depth knowledge of TROUBLESHOOTING.

To attend EMERGENCY REPAIR with time boundary.

To Reduce the Sick lifts and Callouts, Increasing the Response time.

To prepare MONTHLY REPORTS and attend the CUSTOMER MEETING

To concentration MODERNIZATION and REPAIRING jobs to take.

To follow accurate and real time back reporting of work performed at equipment side for CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS.

To maintaining excellent RELATIONSHIP with customers, owners, associations managers.

To develop the competence, motivation and performance of the MY TEAM. Job Knowledge

Troubleshooting of KONE (LCE KDH (High-rise), LCE V3F25, LCE V3F18, LCEKDM) and THYSSENKRUPP (MC2 (High-rise), TIC V, TIC IV (china)).

ABB, V3F25, V3F18, FUJI, CPIK, and CPIC type of v3f inverter programming parameter setting and auto tuning testing for motors.

I have knowledge about KONE E-LINK configuration and programming, S2-EMOTIVE configuration.
