-Study of Evaporator Vacuum pump suction lines inter connection and accompaniment of industrial test then duplicate experience for the other units (2 Evaporators back to service after this modification)

-Study of the fluctuation of the concentration in the phosphoric reactor and proposing solutions

-Study of Tilting pan filter slurry feed distribution area spillage from the filters issue and proposing solutions

-Study of feasibility of running the evaporator without vacuum pump

-Development of a practical tool to determine the most plugged plate heat exchangers

-Study of the reason of contamination of return cooling water, instauration of a system to detect immediately the contamination

Tasks

As head of department, and in addition to the usual tasks of production engineer (lack of manpower), my tasks are to:

Ensure the proper functioning of the di-ammonium phosphate unit where there is a storage area dedicated for production

Ensure the daily maintenance of the strategic equipment

Suggest changes in the process to improve the performance as well as system performance and facilitate the various tasks

Follow-up the industrial trials in collaboration with the other divisions/departments (research, quality

During this period, we have succeeded to:

- Produce the MAP and for the first time since the launch of my unit (1500 t / day) thanks to some modifications in the installation

- Reach the daily production of 3000 tons of DAP (the previous record was 2600 tons) thanks to some upgrades in the installation

- Produce NPK formula (8-40-0-5S) for the first time thanks to some modifications / upgrades in the installation

- Running 4 years without annual shutdown

- Implementation of a project to reduce emission of ammonia under 50 PPM
