Founder of B2Coaching, Professional Coaching 2016-Present As a certified professional coach I have established a successful professional coaching, training and consulting business. The impetus for my business was bourn out of three distinct inspirations: 1. Coaching is an absolute passion of mine, 2. I have a desire to guide people to their greatest version of themselves 3. to be engaged in self-directed work and learning.. I also hold the Master Practitioner level for The Energy Leadership Index Assessment with iPEC. Human Resource Director, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 2010-2016 Directly responsible for a staff of 3 including Payroll Admin, Benefits / HR Generalist and Training and Development Specialist. All aspects of HR and strategic planning and development, Recruitment, Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits (including ESOP), Labor Law, Policy Development and Compliance, Employee Relations and Engagement including retention, rewards and discipline, performance review process, executive and employee coaching. Also served as primary leader and mentor to a staff of 13 supervisors throughout the organization. HR Generalist / Wellness Coordinator, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 2007-2010 Responsibilities: Provide leadership in all HR functions, partnering with senior level management and the exiting HRM. Operational in all areas of HR including HR information systems, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, policy, budget development, strategic planning and analysis of HR related performance and metrics. Laboratory Administrator / Wellness Coordinator, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 2007 Responsibilities: While maintaining nearly all of my functions as Laboratory Administrator, my role as Wellness Coordinator was three years in the making. My efforts in HR related committees led me to be the strongest advocate for a Wellness Culture at Golden. My work and influence convinced the President and CEO of the company to assign me the role of developing and leading 30 volunteer staff in four task group foci to create and implement a Wellness Culture. Laboratory Administrator, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 2001-2007 Responsibilities: Supervise the Technical Staff including Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Research and Development and Testing and Applications departments. Conduct annual performance reviews, recognize and discipline technical staff. Report directly to Technical Director. Continued focus on R&D project work, testing and ASTM representation. Began working closely with Human Resources through committee and task group efforts as well as generalist cross training in HR with HR Director.

Research and Development Coordinator, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 1997-2002 Responsibilities: Maintained the supervision of Quality Assurance while becoming a Junior Formulator. I developed water-bourn artist paints and mediums, grounds and varnishes, architectural decorative coatings, wood stains and protective coatings for wood through formula design and application testing. Developed test protocols and product specifications for in-house manufacturing and customer specific requirements. Readied my organization for quality audits with major customers and vendors. Corporate representation and participation with ASTM, standard writing organization.

Quality Assurance Technician, Golden Artist Colors, Inc. 1991-1997 Responsibilities: Conduct quality tests on all finished goods in a real time environment establishing product status for inventory and order satisfaction. Develop test protocols for newly developed and unique products. Inbound raw material quality testing. Establish and maintain relationships with raw material suppliers (sales and technical) to assure timely and quality service and materials. Maintain quality logs and databases, report out of spec materials and products to management with recommended root cause and corrective actions. Supervise fellow QA Techs. Professional Associations:

International American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM): membership from 1994-2006. I was an active participant and awarded participant in the leadership, writing and revision of several industry-wide quality and manufacturing standards. Volunteer Work:

• Board of Directors, Opportunities For Chenango (OFC). Served a total of seven years, as VP to the Chair for five consecutive years. Acted as Chair for six-month leave period for the President. OFC is a Community Action Program whose mission is to eliminate poverty through the empowerment and education and training of people and their families.

• Colorscape: One of the largest and well attended arts, crafts and culture fair of its kind in NY State. Managed volunteers and art project tent serving ~600 people in two days annually for over 15 years.
